Rubber - or Latex as it is more correctly referred to - is the most elastic substance known to man. As a result it is very flexible and comfortable to wear. Latex provides superior grip to other products like nitrile and PVC, and has good resistance to cuts and tearing. It should not however be used in contact with solvents, acetates or hydrocarbons like oils, grease or petroleum products.
